 Grass Cutting

Grass cutting: services include mowing, edging, and trimming the grass to ensure that the lawn looks neat, tidy and well-maintained. 

Price 

 The size of the lawn: Larger lawns will require more time and effort to mow, so they will typically command a higher price.

 The frequency of service: Will you be cutting the grass once a week, bi-weekly, or as needed? More frequent services may command a higher price.

 The condition of the lawn: If the lawn is overgrown, has weeds or obstacles that make mowing more difficult, you may need to charge a higher price.

 

Lawn Care 

Lawn care: This includes removing any debris or dead leaves, and fertilizing or overseeing the lawn as needed.

 Garden maintenance: This includes cleaning and preparing flower beds, pruning trees and shrubs, removing weeds, and adding fresh mulch or soil as needed.

Seasonal planting: This may involve planting new flowers, shrubs, or trees to enhance the appearance of the outdoor space.

Exterior House Cleaning  

Window cleaning: This includes cleaning the exterior of windows, as well as screens, sills, and frames.

 

Gutter cleaning: This involves removing debris such as leaves, sticks, and dirt from gutters to prevent clogging and water damage. 

 

Driveway cleaning: This service includes a pressure wash cleaning that removes and debris or buildup.

This service can only be provide if the home owner has water to supply for the job.

House Sitting 

$10 per visit,
